Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order.

How long does my order take?

Every sweatshirt is printed after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Printing takes 2-5 business days and delivery takes another 3-7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days.

Where is my tracking number?

You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you have not received it within 7 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it has not gone into printing yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a sweatshirt is printed we cannot cancel it, because it was made for you.

Sizing and fit

How does the fit run?

Our sweatshirts are a relaxed unisex fit. If you like the oversized streetwear look, take your normal size. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Full measurements are on our size chart.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the sweatshirt is unworn and unwashed. See our return policy for the steps.

The print

Will the print crack or fade?

No, if you wash it kindly. Turn the sweatshirt inside out, wash cold, and skip the dryer. Our care guide has the details.

Is the cat on my sweatshirt a real cat?

Moose is our own Maine Coon character, drawn for Meowdian. He is not a photo of anyone's cat, which is exactly why he can wear a tracksuit.

Payment and privacy

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Is my card information safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by Shopify's secure checkout and we never see or store your card details.
