What we own
Everything you see on this store is original work created for Meowdian: the Moose character and all cat artwork, the phrases printed on our sweatshirts, our brush lettering, product photography, mockups, page copy and the Meowdian name and logo. All of it is protected by copyright and trademark law and belongs to Meowdian.
What you may do
You are welcome to share our product photos on social media, post a photo of yourself wearing a Meowdian sweatshirt, and link to our pages. A credit or a tag is appreciated.
What you may not do
- Copy, trace or redraw our designs, in whole or in part, for your own products
- Print our artwork or phrases on merchandise, whether or not you sell it
- Upload our designs, photos or descriptions to a print on demand platform, marketplace or your own store
- Use the Meowdian name or logo in a way that suggests we made, approve of or are connected to your product
We respect other people's rights too
We do not print famous characters, band or team logos, brand names, song lyrics or artwork that belongs to someone else. Every Meowdian design is drawn and written in house. If you believe something on this store infringes your rights, tell us and we will act on it.
Reporting an infringement
Contact us through our Contact page with:
- A description of the work you own and proof that you own it
- A link to the page or product you are reporting
- Your name and contact details
- A statement that you believe the use is not authorised and that your report is accurate
We review every report and remove infringing material promptly. We also pursue sellers who copy our designs, on every marketplace where we find them.
