Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Meowdian ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. If you are outside the US and want a sweatshirt, email us and we will let you know when we open your country.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no surprise fee at checkout.
How long it takes
Every sweatshirt is printed after you order it, so there are two stages:
- Printing: 2-5 business days
- Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Total: most orders arrive within 5-12 business days
Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday start printing the next business day. During November and December, add 2-3 business days.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the print facility you will get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating, which is normal.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the carrier marks your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, email us with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement at no cost to you.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address.
Address changes
Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address. Once a sweatshirt is printed and labelled we cannot change where it goes.
Split shipments
If you order several sweatshirts they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
